Stopped by Jerry”s while passing through town for a rotation and oil change. They were really fast and let me know a few other things that needed attention. Stopped in the shop because my vehicle was indicating a tire was loosing air. Turns out it had a screw stuck in it. They repaired it quickly and got me back on my way. Nice guys.

I had such a great experience at Jerry’s Action Auto in Indian Harbour Beach! I needed a coil pack and spark plugs replaced on my Chevrolet Suburban and was shocked at the price I was quoted by the dealership. Jerry’s Action Auto did the job for about a fourth of the cost, and the service was outstanding. Cameron went above and beyond to help, and the whole staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They even got me in and out the same day. I can’t recommend them enough—five stars all the way!

I used to deliver auto parts and pickup cores to/from Jerry's decades ago. In that capacity, I observed them to be a very well run operation, treating their crew, customers, and myself (as a third party involved in their work) fairly and efficiently. That past good experience is one reason I started coming back in for my own car repairs having moved back down here all of these years later. I'm pleased to say that Jerry's remains a great place to get my everyday driver fixed when it's ailing. They get the work done with great speed, accuracy, and for prices that are quite reasonable. We brought in our freshly bought used car for maintenance, like oil change, transmission fluid flush, tires change, aligment. The service took less than a full day, and it wasn’t too pricey. Costumer service is great! Highly recommend 🙌🏻

I have been taking my vehicles to Jerry’s for the past 10 years ever since we had a frustrating experience with a dealer service department and I decided to try a local business instead. I love their work. They have always been professional, accurate, and honest about the repairs needed and time required. No gimmick deals or upselling. I don’t have trouble making or rescheduling appointments. Their prices seem reasonable and appropriate. I am very thankful for the great service.

The staff was incredibly friendly, both over the phone and in person, which made the experience welcoming from the start. The building was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable waiting area with complimentary water and a coffee bar for customers. I was informed that the tire replacement would take about an hour, and they completed it right on time—just as promised. Great service all around!

Jerry's did a great job changing my oil and oil filter. They took me in right away and the wait time was minimal while my car was being worked on. Their service included a complimentary tire rotation and brake check. A big thank you for the military discount! I'll be back soon to have some additional work accomplished that they professionally suggested my car needed.

Some places will try to upsell maintenance that is not needed. Not Jerrys! They want to earn your business long-term and they certainly have earned mine. FIVE STARS!

The mechanics at Jerry’s Action Auto repair on south Patrick are amazing. I don’t usually do reviews but my experience was top notch. They are professional, honest and very helpful. They didn’t try to upsell anything but gave good solid advice about upcoming maintenance that matched my owners manual. I would recommend these mechanics to everyone.
