The mechanics at Jerry’s Action Auto repair on south Patrick are amazing. I don’t usually do reviews but my experience was top notch. They are professional, honest and very helpful. They didn’t try to upsell anything but gave good solid advice about upcoming maintenance that matched my owners manual. I would recommend these mechanics to everyone.

I have been using Jerry’s Action Auto for years. The service is always superb and the pricing is very reasonable. They have a friendly staff, the lobby and waiting area is always clean and well organized. My vehicles maintenance was completed as scheduled and the charge was as quoted.

My first visit at Jerry's was a pleasant experience! In a day when many times service is lacking, they exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable, respectful, they clearly communicated my service, a fair price and expected timeframe for pickup. They did what they said! Additionally, the service center and waiting areas were clean. They scheduled me efficiently and finished sooner than expected. I will be back, and have already shared Jerry's with friends!

I brought to Jerry’s Auto a used vehicle I had just purchased that had a massive an oil leak! The car was old with a bunch of gunked up oil. They worked really hard and finally found the leak and did the repairs. I really could not have been happier with the results. Jerry and Cameron were awesome!

I’ve been with the company for five years. I’ve always found them friendly and fair. Truthfully, they have often gone beyond the call of duty for me. By my standards, they come highly recommended. I’ve moved to a different city and will have to find someone more local. They will be hard to march.

I just drove to Jerry's and told them I had a sporadic shaky steering wheel and asked them if they had time to check it out. They pulled it right in and took the tires off to check the brakes. They were all good, so they couldn't replicate my problem. Ran a diagnostic check, no problems. No charge. I drove home and didn't feel any problems. Whatever gremlin was in there flew away...magic. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Jerry’s Action Auto. They are transparent and prices are reasonable. I always get my truck back when planned and it’s never dirty from the technicians. I’ve had my truck serviced there for about 3 years. 2 months ago I needed a rebuilt transmission on my truck with over 360k miles and they were completely honest that they could not do it and referred me to a transmission specialist shop. I really appreciated that!

I have to say, The best autoshop experience I've had in a long time. I called the shop for an engine check light issue to see if they could get me in before my 850 mile trip up north. They opened up a spot for me because I was in a time crunch. Jon was was there and organized everything from start to finish. They got me in and had it fixed up within 24 hours. But that's not even the good part. I drove up north with no problems. When I arrived the engine check light came back on. It was a faulty sensor and no fault of the service done at Jerry's. So I called Jon and he again organized a company shop up in Maryland to take a look at the issue and they were able to sort out the issue. Thankfully, it's 100% all good to go thanks to Jon and his team working hard to make sure i was back up and running. It's not often that you can find an auto shop you can trust. But for me they have a lifetime client. Definitely my new hometown shop. Great customer service and I've told my entire family about the shop. Thanks to all the guys there. Well done gents!

I've had a few last minute problems pop up across multiple vehicles in my family - JAA has always been there to address them immediately, completely, and comprehensively. I have never had to wait long, nor have I ever had a dispute with them. I feel so blessed to have found them (as auto problems cause the worst kind of stress for me.) They eliminate the stress, and I have always found them to be straightforward in assessments. I cannot say enough good things about this business. They will care for my cars for life.
